Dr Estwani is one of the finest dentist in the DMV area. We have been going to him for past 15 years now. His pricing is very reasonable and office is equipped with all modern state of the art equipments. He is very calm composed and explains things very patiently. He is extremely skilled-Master of his art. Flawless in any procedure that he performs. My daughter straightened her teeth, my husband got his wisdom tooth out and recently he performed root canal on two of my molars. My husband was amazed that he didn't had any pain and returned to normal life within a day and i can say the same for my root canal and temp crown treatment. I would highly recommend him and assure that he will never disappoint anyone.

This place is an absolutely scam - now onto his 3rd dental practice in Herndon. Funny how they keep changing names, and moving locations. I'm talking long-term con here because the last thing they are concerned with is the health of your mouth. It's all about the money and just about every solution is "Oh you need a crown!". After fighting with the back office over BS charges that they could in no way substantiate or provide a list of charges, my mouth is in worse shape because of these scam artists. Four years after my last crown, it just popped up a few minutes ago, exposing a super sensitive molar underneath, and exposing me to god knows what type of bacteria and mercury poisoning from the crappy job they did on this crown. These things are supposed to last 10-15 years, but it's all just smoke and mirrors for you to bend over, take it, and PAY PAY PAY. Stay FAR AWAY from these con artists if you care about your oral health or not wasting your money on crap dental work.

Perfect in every way. Removed all my fear of the dentist office. Absolutely no pain through every procedure I've needed done. Also unlike many other dental offices he wasn't trying to put his hands in my wallet. He offered advice thats best for me: to save me money, time, and pain. I would highly recommend him to everyone. There honestly isn't a better dentist in the area. Also the facilities were amazing. They recently moved to a new office and the place is extremely clean and it has all the best technology. They have heated massage chairs with a tv hanging from the cieling to keep you relaxed and to even enjoy your time while your getting work done. The front office staff is very nice and comforting. They even helped me with my payments. They have are very flexible and work for you. Best of all if they tell you your appointment is at 10. You go in and get work done at 10. No wait at all which is very nice especially if you have a busy work schedule like me. Saving the best for last: Dr. Estwani was extremely helpful and nice. He treats you with the utmost respect. He knows exactly what he's doing and offers amazing medical and dental advice.
About Hygienist: Just like Dr. Estwani my dental hygienist was perfect. Cleaned my teeth in no time. Great manners and cared about my comfort. My teeth felt and looked great. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

I have been going to Dr. Estwani for over 5 years. He's the best Dentist and has the best staff. When you walk in you are cheerfully greeted at the front desk. The short time you wait you can watch TV, read a magazine, or a Washington post.. Once you check out they'll estimate your co-pay as best as possible to avoid sending you a statement. I have never felt cheated. This is the most honest and genuine staff you'll ever meet.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist is friendly, caring, and like a mother figure. She's also gentle when she's doing the cleaning.

Dr Estwani is the best dentist in Herndon/Reston area. He is an expert and he is the best at what he is doing and the best part is its painless. The only problem is with the front desk lady. She is rude at times, and she does not stick to her word regarding your billing(Caution!!). I would rate 5* for this dentist however i was pretty disappointed with the frontdesk lady...

Dentist need a lot of skill and Dr. Estwani is probably the best dentist i have ever had. I broke my front teeth and was in severe pain, but Dr. Estwani really helped by making the procedure completly painless. Dr. Estwani is a very caring dentist and i have never seen a dentist as kind and well trained as he is.

Dr.Estwani did my lumineers for my teeth. He did excellent job. I am very happy with the result.
Office is very nice and clean. Staff members are very friendly and helpful.
