A friend referred me to Extreme Smile Makeover. Dr. Shojania was a friendly and very knowledgeable dentist. I felt comfortable during his exam. I also have sensitive gums and he was very gentle with my gum cleaning . I cannot remember ever having a teeth cleaning as pain free as the one I got here.
I am going back to his practice for my next dental work in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

He was very professional, explained all the detail of process, the office was equipped with modern equipment, reasonable fees. Highly recommended!

Dr. Shojania saved my smile and my implants were done painlessly less pain than a root canal. The cost was very reasonable comparing to others dental clinics. The office was clean and the staff were very polite. Dr. Shojania has a great sense of humor. I would recommend this Dentist.

Dr. Shojania was very nice to consult with me at length at no charge in regard to an implant and abutment that was placed to my dissatisfaction elsewhere. The crowns the other place tried to deliver were horrible and would never look right based on the methods they were using. He communicated with me as to what the problems were , and I could see right away he understood my concerns and how his method would yield better results. He even called this particular implant manufacturer to make sure he could get the special proprietary tools to fix this bad technique from a different group of "specialists". I believe having one cook in the kitchen is ultimately the right way to go. Dr. Shojonia is a straight talker and results driven.

He is absolutely fantastic. Very knowlegeable and professional. He did a great job on my Veneers.

This doctor is all about money. He was supposed to clean my teeth from lots of stains on my front teeth . He asked me to use a medicine to kill the bacteria in my mouth and he warned me that medicine would cause lots of stain. However he made it clear that once I used the medicine, he would get rid of all the stains. So I used the medicine and as he predicted, I got got lots of stains on my teeth ( even worse than before). In the next visit, he just had his hygienist to clean my teeth superficially without actually getting ride of any stain. He told me that he can not do anything about the stains and my only choice is to do veneer.
I did not listen to him and I did not let him to veneer my teeth. I made an appointment with another another dentist. The other dentist made my teeth completely white and clean.
The bottom line is that Dr. Shojania and her receptionist (whom I believe is his wife) would talk you into expensive procedure that cost you lost of money. Not only would he not solve your problem, but also make a bigger problem for you to make you pay him to solve it.
Well, I have to say that he has a new facilities and I really don't know how good is he in doing veneer. You can try it yourself, but I would not recommend

Dr. Shojania is the first Dentist who makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, the service is superior and personal, and the treatment is amazing. Dr. Shojania is conducting my general dentistry as well as my Invisalign treatment and although not finished, I am already thrilled. I recommend this facility to EVERYONE in San Diego.

I would not recommend this dentist. The dentist chose not to tell me the exact results of the treatment until the treatment was done. I now have to go to another dentist to fix what he failed to do in the first place.

I had my cleaning done in Dr. Shojania's office. I thought he was going to do my cleaning since he didn't have a dental hygienist. But unfortunately, i found out after the procedure that it was only a dental assitant that cleaned my teeth! I was disappointed. I should've been informed before the procedure.
