Dr Andrea performed a root canal and a 3 unit bridge. I kept telling her that I had pain in an adjacent tooth and she totally ignored it. After approximately 3-4 days of pain and swelling she finally and reluctantly ordered Keflex and pain pills. No home instructions or when to return were given. If I was not a registered nurse and realized that she was incompetent. At that point I changed dentists. I should have reported her to the dental board at the time to save other consumers who entrusted themselves to her care. She was employed by The Smile Store on Homestead Road, Houston, Texas at the time of my treatment.

I had four teeth done by Dr. Burke. After seeing another dentist, three of them will have to be redone. She seems to have poor training in using white filling material. She also did a root canal that was not complete forcing me to go through a costly, and painful retreatment procedure with an endodontist. There office was also not willing to work with me on this issue.

Dr Burke is the best dentist I have ever been to. The experience in her office was impecable. This is my kids dentist as well. Dr. Burke and her staff made our visit so pleasant that I recommend her to all my friends and family. My daughter had an accident and broke her teeth Dr Burke fixed her mouth and she looks wonderful. The service is excellent and would recoomend this dentist to anyone. She even calls her patients to follow up with how they are feeling after they visit her office especially for emergencies. She called my daughter that same night after her office visit that day. Just to think there are still professionals who genuinely care about their patients and will go the extra mile to ensure you are feeling better means alot and it goes a long way with me. Dr. Burke is also approachable she does not have this persona about her that will intimidate you. She keeps me laughing when I visit her office. The whole staff there treat you with respect and are very courteous. I must say again if you try Dr. Burke one time I promise you will see what I am talking about. The cost was financially feasible for me and I am a full time college student. out of all of the times I've visited a dentist this was THE BEST EVER!

my whole family are current patients of dr. burke. my little brother likes her because shes so funny. great dentist!!! very funny!!!

Dr. Burke, is the greatest Dentist in Texas! I have been a patient of her's since I was young man (15 years old). I am willing to travel to any part of the state or country for her services. Dr. Burke is very complete and knowledgeable about her business. My family and myself love her to death. If you want a experience that you will never forget, go to her. Please recommend her to everyone you know! SHE TH EWORLD'S BEST! Also she has a good sense of humor!

Dr. Burke is a wonderful Dentist with a personality just the same. I drive three hours to Dallas just for a dentist appointment with Dr. Burke. If she wasn't as wonderful as I know she is I wouldn't drive three hours to Dallas especially with gas prices today, But I do because I never met a Doctor/Dentist who cared so much about their patients like Dr. Burke does. When I first walked in Dr Burke's office the first thing I notice was that the staff was great, they were happy and Very Helpful the took the time to explains thing to you. When I met Dr. Burke all anxiety I had about my appointment went out the window. Her "happy go lucky" "high on life" personality got rid of all my stress & anxiety. I couldn't help but be put in a good mood and I stayed in one the rest of the day. Dr. Burke does Wonderful dental work. I have never had any problems with the work Dr. Burke has done on me. She also makes sure she numbs you up good so you don't have any pain while she is working on you. One thing that really to me shows she cares is after an appointment later that day Dr. Burke will call you and see if your having any pain or if you have any other questions.
Dr. Andrea Burke is a very caring person and a great DDS.
