Dr. Kane spends time to talk to the patient and answer any questions you might have.

About Front Desk: The front office is busy, but they will remember your name after the first visit. They ask about my kids and husband even though they are not patients there. (husband seems to be allergic to dentists and kids see a ped dentist) They are very very busy! Sometimes it takes months to get in for regular appointments, but I have had an emergency (my first visit to this dentist) and even as a new patient they fit me in within hours.

Poor work on crowns and should not be doing them. They got my bill all messed up. Two of the crowns i have broke with in a year.

very knowledgeable dentist. very good at care. took 10 minutes to chat about my teeth.

About Front Desk: inviting, caring and knowledgable. worked well on the phone.

About Hygienist: took 30 minutes to clean my teeth. it was fast and thourhly done. job well done.

Very poor service. 2 crowns, one he redid at his cost it was still poor, other one is still not well fitted & unsatisfactory but will have new dentist replace it. Called his emergency numbers & left message regarding horrible tooth ache with pain & swelling. He never returned my calls....Would never recommend him, in fact, I've heard several bad comments from people who had seen him. When he replaced one of the awful crowns he did, supposidly at no cost to me, I found out that he billed my insurance for it! Don't go to him if you value your teeth!!

Cleaning appointments hard to get. Dr. Kane missed some cavities.
