Dr. Popli is a great dentist and a better person!! His genius is that he is old enough to be experienced but young enough to know and utilize new/modern procedures and equipment. Love this guy as our family dentist :)

I along with my family is seeing Dr Popli for all our dental work for more than 20 years from the days his wife had a radio program. We are very satisfied with services from Dr Popli. He has a very friendly and customer centric practice. He explains in great details all the things related with dentistry. He uses the sterile tools for teeth cleaning. His office reminds for appointment by email, text and telephone calls. I wil recommend Dr Popli

The laser dental treatment was great!. I did not need a shot for 3 fillings. They help me file with my insurance and are always on time.

I found Dr. Popli's office though a referral of a co-worker. I was very unhappy with my font tooth due to a slight discoloration. I 1st went to Dr. Popli for a regular cleaning which was great. At the cleaning he recommended a veneer for my tooth. He told me that insurance companies sometime will not pay for a veneer but he would submit the paperwork to see what they would cover. To my surprise within a month his assistant called me back and said that my insurance would pay up to 60% for the veneer. Of course this was exciting news for me... So I thought... I then went though the process of getting half of my tooth chopped off and he gave me a temporary and said I needed to go for a match of my tooth color and after that it would take 3-4 weeks before the veneer would be ready. By week 2 I still hadn't heard from anyone about coming in to have my tooth matched. By then I had an allergic reaction to whatever he gave me and the temporary he put in my mouth. I had to go to the ER! When I called his office to tell him what was going on his assistant was very rude and nasty. She told me that Dr. Popli said I needed to seek medical attention if I was having any type of complications.

My wife and I went to Dr. Popli for a short while several years ago and both of us had bad experiences several times at his office. During routine fillings, we had considerable pain during the procedures which I expect was due to insufficient numbing and/or not enough novacaine. I've never had this happen with any other dentists. Additionally, a root canal that he performed on me was pure torture... considerable acute pain during the procedure which told me that he did not know what he was doing. Adding to the above painful experiences was when Dr. Popli tried to overcharge me on at least two occasions. Once, he tried to charge me for 4 xrays when only 2 were done and the final time came when he tried to charge me for an emergency visit when there was no emergency... I had just made an appointment for as soon as they could see me, but there was no emergency or any critical problem. Maybe he has improved in these areas since I last saw him but based on my experiences, I would highly not recommend going to this dentist.
