There are not enough words to express how wonderful this office is. Starting with the front desk, the ladies were so attentive with getting me an appointment immediately and what worked for me traveling from Maryland. Then There is Dr. Spano... I have always had problems with my teeth my entire life (runs in the family), so I have never been a fan of the dentisit, but he makes me feel like I am the only person that matters. His work is perfection! I have been going to him for over 2 years now and he never let's me down. I've been to many different dentist in my life, but no one compares to him. Thank you guys for helping me keep my smile!

I was having knee replacement surgery in a few weeks and had just found
out that I had to have my teeth fixed prior to surgery. I was under a time crunch.
Dr. Spano's office got me in within a few days. My teeth were filled, drilled, root canal,
several crowns and cleaned. Needless to say my knee surgery was done on time.

One year ago today (7/7/14),Dr. Spano made a special
provision to see my friend that day.If it had not been for the
exception, my friend may not have gone to see any doctor.
Dr. Spano's immediate examination provided the
initial diagnosis of cancer.
Upon the immediate realization, he referred my friend to a
Specialist for further examination, wrote the referral, then
repeatedly stressed the need to see the Specialist immediately.
Because of the issue and urgency, Dr. Spano talked with the
Specialist by phone before we left the office. Unfortunately,
the Specialist stated to Dr. Spano during the conversation,
that he could not assist my friend, so we had to pursue the
Hospital emergency room, that day, per the Specialist's
direction.
I'm thankful and grateful to Dr. Spano for making the exception
that day. If he had not, we may not have known my friend had
cancer. Thank you, Dr. Spano for your heartfelt care & concern.

Complete esthetic front teeth crowns, filling, back crowns, veneers. Dr. Spano did an outstanding job, completely explained all the details and options. With my dental phobia, hadn't been to a dentist in 30+ years. Sedation dentistry great - no injection, just a pill and sleepy recovery. Had 4 hours worth of work done over several visits. I could not be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend him. Plus, I found him in the yellow pages and had never met him! Good luck for me.

Complete cosmetic dentistry after not seeing a dentist in 30+ years. Everything done, crowns on front upper and lower teeth, root canals and crowns in back, so many problems fixed - Sedation works - no needles just a pill resulting in no anxiety, no pain and many procedures completed in one visit. Great nurses and staff made experience VERY comfortable. Outcome is excellent! Smiling again & I hate going to a dentist! Cost is completely worth every penny.
About Hygienist: Sharon - the blonde- is beyond wonderful. Very thorough and I don't dread the visits. Could not have been better. A+++

Initially appeared fine, but once treatment began there was no communication, part of my tooth broke without warning and there was no reassurance, no apology, instead I was blamed. It was a very bad experience.
