Educational. great care. I have felt intimidated by dentists and Dr. Bortnem and his staff made me feel very comfortable.

My husband was the biggest baby when it came to going to the dentist. Until we met Dr. Bortnem! The man is incredible! He made it enjoyable going to the dentist. We even go every three months for teeth cleanings, rather than six because we have such a great time visitng with Kacey (highly recommend)! The office staff are some of the nicest people we have ever met too! Just be sure to eat the homemade cookies AFTER the dentist appointment! :)

THE OFFICE STAFF IS EXCELLANT. DR BORTNEM DOES EXCELLANT CROWNS BUT CANNOT SEEM TO CREATE A SMOOTH FILING ON A TOOTH . ADDITIONALLY AFTER HAVING REQUESTED THE FILING WITH THE SHARP EDGE BE SMOOTHED, WAS IGNORED. HE EITHER DOESN'T WANT TO SPEND THE TIME OR IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TASK.

I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Bortnem met me in his office to discuss my dental history before getting into the dreaded exam chair; this helped to ease my anviety. The hygienists in his office are really great as well!!!
