Sorry - not even a slight chance of optimism here.I shall validate my sincere disappointment and lack of confidence in this dentist and would never refer him to any work associate, family member, or friend. Treatment plans are rarely accurate and often times whatever the treatment plan is it's never updated nor priced correctly.Charges are insanely unreasonable.

I will try to be as objective as possible in my review, that being said, I would not recommend Dr. Smith's office to my friends/family.
While the quality of treatment seemed in line with other dentists I have visited, I constantly felt rushed and pressured into signing documents that were not properly explained. I was charged for one treatment that, after complaining, they later removed. But at a later visit I had some fillings done, they charged me twice the price that I was originally quoted. It has been months and I am still fighting to have their office adjust the charges. I have been to many different dentists and never had this much hassle dealing with overbilling and feeling rushed into signing documents.
