She was looking at multiple patients at the same time doing root canals on all of them! she didn't do the root canal correctly and left a nerve inside. when i called her to tell her that I was having pain. she just kept saying take tylenol its normal. my cheek at this point had been swollen to a size of a tennis ball. i even went in to her office and she took X-ray and said its "ALL GOOD. ITS NORMAL!"
i decided to go see my regular dentist and GUESS WHAT it was NOT normal! she left a nerve inside! my dentist told me to go show her again and she refused to agree and said there is no nerve...my dentist then referred me to a diff specialist and he said there is a root left inside and that its so obvious that if she can't see it, she can't even be a dentist, putting aside specialist. i had to pay out of pocket for root canal to be done again and had to be on meds for a couple of months to prevent infection! i contacted her to pay for the removal and every time i tried talking to her in her office, she was "busy"
she's by far the worst person i have met on earth! rude and inconsiderate---shouldn't even be allowed to ever practice as any kind of doctor!
About Front Desk: They are as rude as her! they know her game and play along with it...take many customers at one time and make money money money!! all this doctor sees is $$$$$$$

I had two front crowns replaced by her and ended up having to get a partial denture due to some technical inadequacies with regards to the posts and "glue" that was used. I filed a complaints with the powers that be and one found no violation and the other made a recommendation based on their analysis of my teeth that she at least reimburse me for the money I paid out for the procedure that didn't work out. She never did. It would have been nice if she would have been willing to pay for some of the costs involved in fixing this situation such as dental implants. It didn't happen.
The Illinois Board of Regs had on file a violation which I believe her license was temporarily suspensed. Currently, I can not find her name listed as having a current license with them.
I know of one other person who went to her who had similar problems.
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else out there.
