I just had my dental appointment today for the last time. It wasn't the dentist but the office staff that made me walk out after 5 years with this dentist. It was mandatory to receive bite mark x-rays which I have always had problems with this procedure. I guess I could not have only a cleaning. After receiving the x-rays, the receptionist made me fill out another health history form which I fill out, I think, every time I go to this dentist. There are about 50 questions that are Yes/No. I circled the one YES, and the rest was circled as a group as NO. The receptionist said I needed to circle every single individual circle as NO and I thought that was really dumb and a waste of my time and patience. In fact, I've never had any objection to circling a group of Yes/No on any other health form before at their office or anywhere else. I protested this and she talked with someone. They said they could not see me unless I fill out completely a NEW form with the same information and circle every little question Yes/No individually. Stupid Office Policy = Minus One Patient

Dr. Panos is a great Denist, but the wait time in his office is unacceptable. Everytime I or my husband have visited Dr. Panos, we have waited at least 40 minutes before he sees you. It is ridiculous.

I have been to many dentists, and Dr. Panos has the best bedside manners. You can ask him any questions, and he dosn't make you feel rushed. He's brilliant.

Not worth the hassle!!!! I'd read fabulous reviews about Dr. Panos, so I decided to select him as our PCD. I was all too excited to schedule an appt., but when I called I was told I would need to wait until the following month because they only scheduled appts with patients if their name appeared on their roster. Well a 1-1/2 months later the insurance had inadvertantly left my child's name off the roster and even though the primary subscriber- my husband was on the roster, the "Office Manager" was unwilling to make an exception. She said I'd have to wait until they received an updated roster, so basically another month! Nevermind, that she'd received that roster the day I called! I asked her if she could accept an updated roster from the insurance if they sent it that day, she said No. I tried appealing to her sensitivities and explained that we were trying to begin orthodontia treatment so I did not want to have to postpone treatment another month. She did NOT care! So long and short of it, I ended up selecting another dentist. I never cease to be amazed that in this day and age, when people have sooo many options, there's still people that don't feel customer service is critical! Go figure.
