Overall work from the dentist went well. Great newer dental assistant really made me feel comfortable.

About Front Desk: Worst front desk team I have ever had to deal with. They are pushy, rude, and seem to be some of the laziest front desk staff from any dental office I have ever visited. Worst of all I was treated as if I were a burden by the front staff rather than a person paying for their salary. Sometimes they just don't answer the phone during business hours as if they just decided to put it on silent. I have never known another dental office allow their staff to file their fingernails while they were supposed to be working in a hygienic facility. Some people just should be left to flipping burgers to reflect their inability to have professional personal relation skills

I've had all of my dental care performed by Dr. Mercer except for braces and root canals. His work is awesome! I've never had any negative encounters. HIs staff is wonderful. Claims are submitted in a timely manner. This is a class act establishment.

I've only seen Dr.Mercer once, but he took away a lot of my significant fear of dentists. In fact, my visit to see him was the first time in as long as i could remember where I didn't have to get my face drilled. He noted cavities that could have been fixed, but since they were quite small, he didn't see a need to work on them at that time (though I'm thinking that had I insisted or argued he would have - instead, I just said hallelujah!)

About Hygienist: The staff was incredibly kind and the hygenist was VERY gentle and patient (I was so anxious I was actually pretty rude which I felt quite bad about after).

I first met Dr. Mercer over 15 years ago. I had an infection tooth on the week-end. I called his number and he took care of me. I wasn't even his patient. He has taken my fear of a dentist away from me. When my insurance changed, I was very sorry to have to get another dentist. Now and I back again.

He and his staff are wonderful.....very professional, personable and always makes you remember why that's where you always want to return to for any dental care!

He is an extremely good doctor. I receive excellent care, but he also does a lot of explaining about all his procedure to make sure I am informed. the front staff are very helpful and polite.

About Hygienist: The hygenists are excellent and very fast , thorough and extremely gentle. They do a lot of education in addition to just cleaning. And they always make me feel welcome by asking about family and things going on in my life since the last cleaning.

Dr. Mercer saw me on a Sunday to examine a tooth that was causing me great pain. I was thankful for the reassurance that he provided by examining my tooth on a Sunday morning in his office. He also provided an analgesic that would help me until I could have a complete exam.
