I've only seen Dr.Mercer once, but he took away a lot of my significant fear of dentists.
In fact, my visit to see him was the first time in as long as i could remember where I didn't have to get my face drilled. He noted cavities that could have been fixed, but since they were quite small, he didn't see a need to work on them at that time (though I'm thinking that had I insisted or argued he would have - instead, I just said hallelujah!)
About Hygienist: The staff was incredibly kind and the hygenist was VERY gentle and patient (I was so anxious I was actually pretty rude which I felt quite bad about after).
