Dr. bausch and his staff are excellent. Doctor Bausch put vaneer caps on my front top teeth and they are perfect. He and his staff are the best and they always have good stories to talk about when they are working on you. Also, ask Doctor about his special TUESDAY's for patients. I will not see another dentist. Tina cleans my teeth and she also does an excellent job. The whole staff is very nice and extremely friendly.

This review is about Dr. Wayne Bausch. When I was a patient of his I was a young child, every time I went to the dentist for a cleaning he told me that I had several cavities that needed to be filled. For years I saw him for my dental needs since I was a young kid between the ages of 6-15 years old. By the time I was old enough and wise enough he had drilled and filled what he called cavities on almost every tooth.On my last visit with him he told me the same thing that I had cavities that needed filled right away, I got to thinking most people are in pain when they have a cavity and never ounce did I go to see him in pain.I always arrived to have a routine cleaning and thats when I was told that I had cavities. After the last visit I got a second opinion. The second dentist I saw simply said I dont see any cavities at this time, but all those fillings in your mouth are going to need work at some time. By the time I stopped seeing Dr. Bausch the few teeth that he never touched, never became infected or had cavities to this date almost 11 years later. Now at the age of 26 I have never had a new cavity and I am paying to have all the fillings fixed with root canals and crowns.Sorry Wayne, I wont be paying for your retirement.

Dr. Bausch is a pretty good dentist. He put three crowns in for me. Of the three crowns, two needed to be altered (ground down) at another appointment; because they didn't match properly.
I was especially disappointed with the billing. I was billed two times for over $700 by his office when it should have been once. His office has repeatedly ignored my phone messages and has not responded promptly (3 weeks later) to Delta Dental's requests for additional information.
Therefore, I would not recommend his practice.
I will be using another dentist for my dental work in the future.

Although Dr. Bausch did not do my dental implant, he referred me to a specialist who is part of his team. The implant is first-rate with no problems at all.
The dental veneers done by Dr. Bausch also have been first-rate and long-lasting.
General dentistry, including root canals, has been excellent with minimal discomfort and inconvenience.
The hygeinists employed by Dr. Bausch are outstanding and exceptionally knowledgable.
This office is highly recommended for preventive dentistry including periodontal disease.
Dr. Bausch and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times.
