The procedure performed was a simple replacement of an aged amalgamate. It was painful afterward and the office was unable to get me in for a week. The filing was refiled at no charge at that time and it is still painful. I am looking for a new dentist to address it.
The office is state of the art and the hygienist was superb. The remainder of the staff was curt, pressured and rushed. It was a very tense environment overall. The dental assistant did not speak english and the Dr. didn't have time to answer my questions. The office manager courteously assisted me with submitting an insurance claim. The prices were appropriate. Although this practice shows promise, I've been disappointed overall and can not recommend it.
