Checkup and fillings. Moderate pain and cost. His wife called me and told me that due to them having family issues for me to leave. I consider that poor coustomer relations even though I had no problems with this doctor.

I went to Dr. Okihiro because my front tooth had broke, he assured me that it could be restored. He did a root canal, post and built it up and told me that I needed a crown on it. 1 month and thousand of dollars later the whole thing fell out. then he tells me it cant be save and need to pull it and then I need to get a partial,which would be thousands more. i felt that I shouldnt pay for the partial because I already paid a lot of money for the crown because he told me it could be fixed.I think if he did a better job i would still have my front tooth. v.sad!

Dr. Okihiro is extremely friendly, efficient, compassionate and a good listener. I have NEVER had a bad experience w/him or anyone on his staff. They are courteous and highly accomodating. Dr. Okihiro is knowledgeable, professional and up to date in all things regarding good dental care. You will look forward to your appointments w/him and his staff!
