I have been seeing this dentist faithfully for 11+ yrs now...I had an emergency root canal done several weeks ago. I asked the hygienist if I would be given a script for an antibiotic (Iam an RN and am very well aware of the possibility of infections). She said that the Dr would prescribe one if necessary. Long story short, I was not given an antibiotic. I develped a major infection. I contacted the Dentist office and they were anything but remorseful, needless to say. My whole face/jaw was swollen for 2+ weeks! My primary physician prescribed me the antibiotic that I should have gotten in the 1st place, after seeing that I had an infection, forming a rock hard ball where the root canal had taken place (which eventually spread, forming yet another rock hard ball!) No one from the office ever called to check on me-Not once! After seeing a few specialists and missing a few days of work, this ordeal cost me over $1,000 out of pocket!!! When I went back in for my check-up shortly after, the Dr and the hygienist never mentioned a word...not how are you? So sorry you had to go through this...nothing!!! I am extremely disappointed! So much for loyalty to a long time customer. Poor customer service...Wow!!!!!!!!!
About Hygienist: This could have been prevented with the prescription of an antibiotic. If a customer has a question/concern, the hygienist should consult the Dr before responding w/ an uneducated answer....

I've been a client of this pratice for the last 8 years during which time it was bought by Dr. Jordan.
I had a horrble experience getting a filling. I had to wait over 45 minutes in the waiting room. Then once I was taken back and given the numbing shot they left me for another hour and 15 minutes. By the time he came back to give the filling the numbness was starting to wear off.
Also, I was misquoted before the procedure, then misquoted again after when I paid my bill only to get a bill in the mail for another $120. They were supposed to be a preferred provider for my insurance but were apparently unaware as to what was covered and didn't bother to find out until it was way to late.
I will never go to this dentist again!
