I have gone to Dr. Schneider for 15 years. In the beginning I was happy with his work. Then he put on a bridge which had a gap between my upper and bottom teeth. When I brought this to his attention and asked him to repair it (after thousands of dollars of expense) he refused to do so, instead suggesting my dental work. Before he put in the bridge, my teeth were fine. Now I need more dental work. I don't think so. The point I want to make is that I believe Dr. Schneider does procedures that he is not good at and his patients are the "guinea pigs" I will never go back to Dr. Schneider. I have friends who say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money!

About Hygienist: I used Lynne Johnson for years and she is terrific. She was the reason I continued to go back to Dr. Schneider's office. She is pleasant, a great conversationalist and a great hygenist.

Dr. Schneider and his staff are great! He always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had to get two crowns on front teeth so I got 2 veneers as well so all front teeth would match. After about a 1.5 years I had a hairline crack in a veneer that the dentist caught and he replaced it for free. When I had to move out of the area the staff made sure I got all my treatments in a timely manner before I left and even gave me copies of my records and x-rays to take with me. The hygienist was great too ... friendly, thorough, gentle, and quick. I actually never dreaded going to their office!

Dr. Schneider did four of my veneers. The color was horrible! It looked like I had glass on the bottom of my two front teeth. I explained to him that I was very unhappy with the color and he said that he would replace them at no charge. When I got the two new teeth put on they did not match the other two that he had done. It looked like I had a checker board smile, not to mention the size of my two front teeth looked like I had chicklets on them. I complained again about the missmatched color and he stated that I had some type of trauma on my one front tooth and that was the reason for the off color. He then proceeded with a root canal. Mind you I was never in any pain before the root canal, I sure was in pain afterward. I ended up in the ER that weekend because I was in so much pain. I went to an on call endodontist and they found that he had not completely removed my root... Ouch!! and left a piece of his metal instument in my gum... Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to him. My husband had his tooth absess after Dr. Schneider did a crown. We found out from another dentist that Dr. Schneider left plastic material under the crown and that is why the tooth was absesing. He rushes through everthing.Beware!

I had not been to the dentist in awhile and I found Dr. Schneider's office through my insurance company. On the day of my dental appointment, I was very impressed with Dr. Schneider. He was very pleasant and took care of all my dental needs. The insurance and billing coordinator was very nice too! I would recommend this office for someone trying to find a good dentist.

Dr. Schneider had been in charge of both my kids-aged 6 and 9 until my daughter had a tooth rot out from her mouth June 29, 2007. Subsequent xrays by 2 different dentists showed massive decay resulting in 2 extractions, and multiple pediatric root canals and fillings. Both dentists said they could see the decay in her January 2007 xrays taken by Dr. Schneider and that he should have recognized and treated it then. Not only did he not do so, but nor did he recognize any decay when we took her in for a toothache in May 2007. Further, I was told a pediatric root canal he'd previously performed on my daughter was badly done and incomplete. No amount of pleasant office staff and convenient office hours makes up for this level of oversight in care. We have since transferred to another pediatric dentist.
