I was seen by Dr. Marina Zilbert, DDS one week ago, 06/14/15 for consultations and X-Ray, office is very clean , and professional. Her front desk secretary Victoria very friendly and helpful. Like I say I saw a lot of dentist offices but I never see office so clean and professional. I had consultation and X-Ray. Technician was clean, professional and helpful. My problem, that I am RN and can come only Sunday. I went on 06/22/15 for 2 teeth extractions and temporary bridge, Marina did excellent job, she had a lot of people. but she was using her judgment. I did not see long waiting time, I don’t have very good experience with other dentist, and now I did my choice. It's a lot of dental doctors but DR. MARINA ZILBERT, DDS only one.
I will recommend doctor Marina Zilbert, DDS to all my friends, co-worker and mbr.
About Front Desk: Victoria is excellent, she is helping to make my apt and pick up the phone at all times.

Had my teeth cleaned and x rays. Dr was supposed to go over the next step with me. Instead she submitted a pre authorization for work before talking with me. They totally screwed that up. I waited 3 weeks to see her and they canceled the night before my appointment. I called and explained that the paperwork was wrong and denied and was told that i could come in on Sunday. 5 minutes later i am told sunday is booked. At this point i am frustrated and am trying to clarify things and the secretary takes the phone away from her face and says something to the Dr in russian ang gets back on the phone and says "the Dr will not treat you any longer" and then hangs up the phone. Amazing because i was told that the Dr was unavailable due to the fact that she is in the middle of a root canal. I call back and asked why she hung up with me. I am told to come pick up my x-rays and hung up on again! Amazing how a health care "PRO" screws up paperwork,cancels Appts. And blows me off for asking questions!

My last dentis appointment she stated I had a light case gum disease that is treatablewith medication, but it doesn't seem the medication is working and you would think she would have recommended a periodontist to consult with my case. She may be very gentle on my teeth, but I am starting to questioned her abilities as a dentist.
