Horrible experience, office manager has no clue about customer service and is very rude. The dentist wanted to remove my old fillings even though they were not bothering me. I have good insurance but distant want to get the fillings removed because there was no problem. Please stay away from this one , I went there once and that was it.

I found Dr Velez and his staff to be extremely professional and create a relaxed atmosphere. The office is well equipped and effecient. I have a insurance through my job and found that his pricing is so reasonable that my share of the cost was acceptble small or none. I highly recommend his services.

I have been with Dr Velez three times in about two years, my first visit was very favorable, it was a crown and it was a complete painless procedure. Trouble started when he had to do an extraction of my last wisdom tooth, it was the most painful experience until my last visit last week, this time it was a root canal and it was just unbearable. I have had root canals and extractions done before in very similar circumstances, even with infected areas and I have never suffered so much pain in my life, to the point of missing a couple of days of work. Nurses are very kind and helpful but also even when I filled the new patient forms originally telling them that I was alergic to acetaminophen they prescribed it twice.
