My Daughter had extensive work by Dr Deen-duru and everything has held up just fine.

We first went to Dr. Dean-Duru when our daughter broke a baby tooth and had sensitivity issues. Dr. Dean-Duru had to perform a root canal and cap the tooth of our toddler. She was professional and very comforting throughout the entire experience. We've been taking both of our kids ever since. The office is punctual, organized, professional and a perfect environment for children. While she's added two additional dentists to her staff, Dr. Lynda is very involved and the kids love her.

Wonderful for frightened kids & first dental experiences. Office has fun things for children as well as coffee & such for parents; we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. My son loves going. She is VERY gentle & patient with him, while doing what needs to be done. Billing assistance was poor; they refused to file our insurance and insisted we do it. We will, but our HR department is adamant that they should have filed for us. Treatment plan for a genetic dental problem is incredibly aggressive for a 2.5 year old, so we will be seeking a 2nd opinion. I felt very rushed into making big & expensive (8K worth, including sedation) decisions about my son's medical care "on the spot". Another family we recommended to her got a 2nd opinion that was far less invasive and thousands less, so we were not surprised by this. Hygienists have consistently given incorrect information on dental implications of breastfeeding & are dismissive of any worries about negative effects of fluoride treatment. Explanations were overly simplistic (injections are not vaccinations!). I would recommend her highly for routine care and cleanings, but I would also recommend that you take recommendations for serious treatment for a 2nd opinion.
