Both my daughter's had their wisdom teeth removed. They were heavily sedated, so the pain was minimal til it wore off. I would have preferred a follow up consultation to ensure their was no issues with the procedures.

About Front Desk: My complaints are for the office/front desk staff. I originally recieved a claim receipt that they had paid and I only had a small co pay. They orginally denied they ever recieved payment from my insurance co. though my insurance co. paid them direct deposit. They will answer the phone put you on hold for 10 minutes. They were rude and unproffessional handling my concern that I over paid. It has been since December I have no resoloution. I have also contact my insurance co. they assure me its all on their end. They are in no rush, they have my money my insurance's money and have no concern. I realize this is comman practice to bill people on estimates rather than what insurance will pay, but it doesnt make it right, when the insurance does pay, they are in no hurry to refund the money.

Our son was scheduled to have oral surgery. My wife had had some simple questions concerning the procedure (about the anesthesia, risk of permanent numbness in our sons lip and so on – most of which was not covered in the consultation). She called the dentist office to see if she could speak to the dentist about her concerns regarding our son. The oral surgeon Dr. Taylor called her back and off the top very annoyed that she would even question what he was doing. Rude and short through out and no comfort was offered in anyway shape or form. If this is the way you treat and speak to your patience’s I have to wonder why you are still in practice!? The people that you care for Sir are your patience’s, you may be use to it and it is all very routine to you but we are not and in many cases you have our lives and the lives of our loved ones in your hands when you treat them (surgery) in cases like these, you can damn well try to make us as comfortable as possible, my wife thought you were nice when she saw you and in no way warranted the reaction you gave her today, she was confident that once she got you on the phone you would take care to answer any questions she may have had – well she was wrong – very wrong. What she got was condescending smug remarks, no answers! It is my belief that this doctor is nice as long as it is all going his way and you take everything he says “spoon fed”; the moment you began to think for your self he has a problem. I can’t speak for all but this is not the sort of man I want caring for my family. This is our experience and my opinion. Shame on you Taylor for treating my wife, a loving and devoted mother who simply wanted to know the risk once our son was in your care – SHAME ON YOU! There is an old saying “treat others the way you want to be treated” you would do well to think on that Sir. Very Angry & disappointed Dad/husband!

Very good overall experience. The office chairs or very uncomfortable, but other than that I really liked the place.

Contacted Dr. Taylor with desperate need for surgery - had swelling so badly, it obstructed swallowing/breathing. He fit me in the VERY SAME day !!! Talk about nice !!! Don't remember anything about the surgery, it was put under very quickly. It's now 5 days post surgery and I'm still swollen, but that's to be expected. Just wanted to say THKXX to him and his team for re-arranging their schedule to fit me in.

Dr. Taylor made me feel real comfortable and knowledgable about the treatment that I needed. I was not even worried about the surgery nor the sedation. Recovery went well and I wish that I needed more surgery so that I could go back to the office. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Taylor pulled all four wisdom teeth from my daughter. I was very apprehensive because I know first hand all the complications that can happen. I have worked with dentist and assisted during extractions. I was very very pleased that everything went very smooth. Her healing has been so easy very little swelling and she stopped taking her pain meds. It makes me feel more comfortable sending all our referral patients to him. And his staff especially, Marisol are very nice.
