Seriously...This is the worst dentist office on the planet. Do not go to this place. The place looks run down tremendously. Feels like you stepped into the past (like 40 years ago) when you walk into it. The people are overall rude and condescending. They don't communicate well between each other which therefore causes a lot of confusion between employees. Now the customer gets upset because one person is telling them one things while the other employee is telling the customer something else. The two ladies that look mexican/somoan and that are heavy set that work in the back of the the place in a separate office need to loose there job. Worse customer service ever. Extremely rude and its like why? I am giving you money or the insurance company is. If you don't like your job or are rude you shouldn't work in customer service. Go find a tree to plant and seriously loose your ugly attitude. I had to get a filling 3 times within 9 months because it kept falling out. They did a horrible job. Had to get a root canal and never needed one. Not personal with you at all. They come off as money hungry people that can care less about you but are just there for a paycheck and get customers money. The front staff (some of them) do not speak good English. If there is an issue that they cause, they will give you the run around for days. Most people here need to fired and the place should get a remodel or get tore down. It is not the horizon dental that it was 10-15 years ago. Now its just a pile of garbage with people that don't deserve to have a job let alone be in customer service. I have been going to this dentist for 23 years, and just this last time when i had new dentures, i had the worst treatment from them and the worst dentures ever, I was so upset, they made dentures that looked like i had buck teeth and so i explained i never had an over bite especially to the point of sticking out that far (way beyond my lower teeth, so they said ok we can fix that, well then the next fitting i came in for the dentures they brought me were straight,.but they were like little tiny child teeth, i was horrified and they kept arguing with me and treating me like i was stupid and just being difficult, finally they said ok we will fix that, so again i came in for the next fitting and to my horror they came back with the buck teeth dentures they had originally made, i just wanted to cry, but after all the fighting and arguing with them the last two visits, i just said forget it,but i will never go back there again, i will find a new dentist, and that's a shame cause i always loved Dr Garofalo, he is so sweet, but the people he has making and fitting Dentures for him are so rude, and don't care about making the customer happy, the guy who makes the Dentures cannot make straight teeth and that was all i asked for! "STRAIGHT

About Front Desk: front desk staff are great, one gal has been there as long as i've been going there i think, they are all so sweet!

Not very impressed. One filling cracked and needed replacing. They reccomended a deep cleaning for my wife and then did a superficial job and charged us a lot. They have a lot of dentists, some are good and some are not so good.

I was informed that my crowns need to be replaced after about 10 years +. I came back got 1 taken care of, and was scheduled for the next. I began to have some discomfort under my NEW CROWN. I told the Doctor it feels like it did prior to replacing the crown. He sad I need to floss after every meal, and more of less manage the pain...after a NEW REPLACEMENT crown. I Then I was told I needed to have a root canal..yes..under the NEW Porcelean Crown that was just put in. I was shocked, and requested a second opinion, since xrays were done prior to having the Porcelain Crowns put on. Although they gave me an appointment for a second opinion, in pops the Dentist that did the initial work, and reassured me that he does good work, and no 2nd opinion was necessary. I told him you cannot be an in=mpartial crictic of your own work, and thus ended our relationship with this dental office.
