I met Dr. Cervantes about 18-months ago for an emergency visit as I had chipped my front tooth when I accidently hit it with the car door. I contacted the office and was answered by a very nice lady and found out later that they were all pleasantly friendly and professional. The staff at Dr.Cervantes brings 15+ years working together who have managed to stay together as a family as I can best describe, welcomed me right away. I arrived and they had everything ready, insurance etc.. When I met the Doctor he was caring, concerned and very very professional and after my ordeal I walked out with my smile again. To this date I have been treated the same way as if I was a first time customer, but now they know my name. I plan on bringing my husband (just retired) and my oldest daughter (turned 18) within a month.

I met Dr. Rigo Cervantes when he was an associate at another office. after he gave me a shot for the first time I knew he was my guy for good. And I followed him when he moved into his new location in La Mesa. I call him the "No-pain Dentist". And this is just to mention something. I had been wanting to do Veneers for some time but never felt 100% confident about doing them. After Dr. Cervantes worked on me on a couple other things I could just tell he would care enough to do a very good job, and he did. I love my teeth now! It's just that much better when someone really cares. anyway I had a great experience and that is why I thought people should know about him. and for the record his office is very nice, no pressure and all the girls that work there are very nice and caring too.
