I saw Dr. Capehart in this office and I thought he was great, The dental assistant was extremely nice as well. Not sure why I have read bad reviews about this office, I would highly recommend him and plan on making him my new dentist

Awful!!
Clinic is old and run down...wife is rude (office manager) could care less if they have your business.
Work is shotty.. Fillings always fall out.
Cheap is the only way to describe it... low cost but you get what you pay for!!
We moved to much better dentist!!!!!!!!!!!
Would never recommend to anyone!!
About Hygienist: one of them was somewhat rude too...the rest were ok.

During my visit for a check-up I was found to need fillings and a root canal. The attending dentist was very rude and personally insulting. This same dentist gave me fillings at a later date. I walked in pain free and left in pain, which I have been in ever since. I called them after the proceedure to have them look at it but offered the same dentist. I declined and had to wait 2+ weeks as the practice was closed for the holidays to see anyone else. In going back in for the pain it was found the fillings were done incorrectly by the attending dentist, which turned out to be a temp (shocked), not an associate. They were "corrected" but I am still in pain. I also got a root canal with a veneer crown. That is also very painful. Both are on the same side of my mouth and I will avoid chewing on that side due to the pain. I have been back a few times to get any correction I may need but nothing beyond has been done beyond telling me to give it time or prescribing me pain killers. In asking about seeing Dr. Mitchell, I was told the wait was very long as he only comes in on Mondays. With the incompetence I have endured I have decided to pass on the wait and look for a second opinion. I suggest anyone to pass on this office.
