The worst experience we have had with a medical "professional." Our daughter's first surgery of any kind (the removal of wisdom teeth) and all of the staff were very rude, chewing gum, making faces when we asked questions about the insurance rates. We had already talked to the insurance company and had the company call their office the day before, but when we arrived for the surgery they quoted us a much higher rate. We had to argue with them back and forth and called the insurance company. Finally, after a very snarky attitude, the billing lady finally relented and admitted she had made an "error" in the charge. Dr. Zadeh was very unprofessional - talked to the nurse about where they were going for lunch during the procedure. The nurse was not paying attention to the gauze that needed to be changed and rudy shoved it uncomfortably into our daughter's mouth. Horrible!

Total ripoff!! Don't know if doctors are aware of what office staff/ billing dept are doing. They don't return calls.
About Front Desk: Below zero, Rosa NEvER returns calls. Office mgr either. Overcharged by $700.00 for 8 months, still waiting for money to be returned. Charged secondary insurance instead of primary on 4 separate occasions bec they get more money, but costs patients more too! Insurance Co have faxed, called, sent letters. I have too including calling Drs. To no avail. All about money anyway they can get it! Stear clear of them!!!

Dr. Zadeh is definitely the most skillful oral surgeon I have ever seen in my life. My experience with him was awesome. He extracted one of my most difficult tooth like nothing have ever happened to me. After visiting couple of doctors and all of them refusing to pull my tooth out because of long and curved root, my general dentist referred me to Dr. Zadeh, and I will always be thankful to her because of this referral. Dr. Zadeh skillfully pull my tooth and those scary root out. No bleeding, no pain, like nothing ever happened. I will definitely recommend Dr. Zadeh to my family and friends. Thank you so much Dr. Zadeh.

My first encounter with Dr. Zadeh did not give me a good impression of him. He is seemingly arrogant and condescending. If you ask him any dental questions, he would attempt to patronize you. I dislike his attitude so much that at the end of the consultation, I specifically said that I would not want the oral operation performed by any dentists in the office other than him. I will never want to see or talk to this guy again.

Dr. Zadeh was wonderful and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and explained everything throughly.

if dr. zedah tells you to 'trust me on this'... run! the patient knows what's best for them. but he doesn't listen. i had the most painful experience there. i can't even look at him now
About Front Desk: he has the lady at the front desk "office manager" there for a reason. that's all I am going to say about that!

Dr is most interested in money and how much to charge !! He could care less about taking care of patients!
would never recommend this practice nor this doctor. will let my referring doctor now as well.

Dr. Zadeh performed complicated surgery on my son's serously shattered mandible. He was amazing. My son's recovery is all we had hoped; the result is great. It looks like the teeth have been saved and the bite is beautifully alligned. The break was multiple and open and described as one of the worst of its kind. Dr. Zadeh and his team were exemplary. We were lucky that he was an In-Network Provider so the cost was very managable for us. His bills to the insurance were also exactly what we expected they would be. Very reasonable for top quality service.

I had a tooth infection, so bad that I needed emergency surgery; he is just the best!! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Zadeh is great! I was referred by my dentist to have my wisdom teeth extracted and saw Dr. Zadeh for a consultation first. I was petrified, but he was lovely and put me at ease straight away. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. A few days before the surgery I started getting nervous again, so I called his office and left a message on his answering machine. Shortly afterwards he returned my call, which was so nice of him. It really helped to calm me down. When I went in for the procedure, I really felt like I was in good hands, and it was over before I knew it. It has been three days now and I feel pretty good. Nothing like the horror stories you read about. I know everybody is different, but I'm sure it helps to have a caring and competent oral surgeon. Dr. Zadeh even called me after the surgery to see how I was doing. If you need your wisdom teeth extracted and are scared, go and see Dr. Zadeh! You'll be glad you did.
