Dr. Jeffrey Solomon and his entire staff at Signature Smiles is first rate! My family and I have had the best experience here. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgable. They put me at ease and made my visit so comfortable. I was very nervous about trying out a new dentist, but I'm so glad I did. Dr. Solomon took the time to listen to my concerns and was genuinely concerned about my well being. He held my hand every step of the way. I will refer everyone I know to Signature Smiles. Dr. Solomon is the greatest! From the moment I made my first phone call, the receptionist was very warm and friendly. Just from the tone of her voice, I knew my experience would be an excellent one. When I arrived to the office, the front desk girl greeted me, smiled, shook my hand, and made me feel right at home! I've never had this sort of personal treatment at any office I've ever been to. It was like I stepped into a 5 star hotel! The customer service was just exceptional! The office was absolutley beautiful! Very clean, professional, modern, but yet comforting. They have big leather sofas in the reception area, a wonderful refreshment bar, and gorgeous scented candles. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. I know it sounds funny, but you have to check out the bathroom. It looks like it belongs in a 5 star hotel. Lush towels to dry your hands, wood mahogany walls, and beautifully scented air freshener. After I filled out some brief new patient registration forms, they escorted me back to my treatment room. The hygienist was very pleasant and gentle. She took her time with me, listened to my concerns, and gave me some great oral hygiene tips. Her cleaning was extremely gentle and meticulous. Dr. Solomon came was the best! He was a great listener and did not make me feel self concious about my mouth and smile. He discussed with me different options about my smile, and did not pressure me into anything. I did not feel like I was being sold like I did at my previous dentist. I wasn't about the money with Dr. Solomon, it was about my smile and giving me what I wanted. Signature Smiles is open late at night and on the weekends. It's so convenient to just come by after work. Now I don't have to take off work to see the dentist. As you can tell, my experience far exceeded my expectations, and I will tell everyone I know to go see Dr. Solomon at Signature Smiles! Great office! Great People! Great Dr.! Great Service! And Pain Free!!!!

Dr. Solomon is a very kind and competent dentist.
Some of his support staff need to work on their people skills.
Some comments that were made to me I felt were uncalled for. For example, I was trying to explain that I didn't want to have a procedure done because I had very little insurance money left for that year and then she proceeded to tell me that I should be grateful for the insurance I had when other's don't even have insurance and that I shouldn't be complaining, etc.
Also, the payment options were not clearly explained to me before the procedure and I only found out about it after speaking to the account manager which was unfortunately AFTER the work was already done and paid for.
About Hygienist: I'm not sure if the same hygienst who worked on me is still there but I wasn't completely thrilled with her. For example, when she poked me in my cavity with the sharp metal end of her cleaning tool, causing me to move abruptly, her response wasn't apologetic but rather a bit rude.

You've gotta check this office out for yourself !!!!! Dr. Solomon is so caring and truly took the time to listen to my fears and concerns. I've always been nervous about coming to the dental office, but Dr. Solomon and his professional friendly staff put my mind at ease. I lost most of my teeth at an early age, but now my dental implants that Dr. Solomon did for me enable me to eat foods I never would have dreamed of. They look incredible and feel just like the teeth I use to have. A + office all the way!!!

Dr. Solomon is the greatest! I've been so scared to see the dentist for most of my adult life and lived with discomfort for many years, Dr. Solomon took the time to listen and take things nice and slow. I had extensive dental treatment performed under oral sedation which was a wonderful experience. I now not only feel healthier, but can smile without covering my mouth from embarassment. I'm pain-free and have the smile I thought was nearly impossible. Thanks Dr. Solomon! You've got a patient for life!

Dr. Jeffrey Solomon is a wonderful, caring, compassionate person, not to mention the very best dentist I've ever come in contact with. I was greatly embarrassed about my smile when I first met Dr. Solomon, but he put me at ease, listened to my insecurities and took the time to answer all my questions. Now I have the smile I've always dreamed of. Thanks to Dr. Solomon I have my life back again, I can now smile with confidence and feel fantastic doing so!!!! His staff is remarkable. Everyone from the smiling, energetic faces who greet me when I walk in, to the financial coordinator who took the time to work with me in order to make my dental care affordable. Everybody is so warm, friendly and caring, and the hygienists are incredibly gentle and thorough. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Solomon's office is top notch and I would never even think of going anywhere else!!!
