Horrible experience. Do NOT go to Patrick Chen!!!!!!!!! He allowed my son to pick the date to get his braces off without even consulting me first. ~. I found out my son was getting his braces off when I heard Patrick Chen cutting them off!!!! My son's top teeth are not even aligned to his bottom teeth!!!! Horrible, horrible job!!!! I've had braces myself and most of my friends and family wore braces......I have never seen such a horrible job in my life!!!!!

Dr. Chen and his staff were AWESOME! I had been shopping around for an intelligent orthodontist for my 12 year old for about six months. Walking into their office I felt that I was a movie star and that I was a top priority. Emily, Dr. Chen's new patient coordinator, really took the extra time to make sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I felt like family! I cannot refer enough people to this office! Go check them out!
