She is not professional with our claim and made us not be able to get paid from our insurance. She didn't itemize our claim and mixed laughing gas fee with some facility fee. This causes our insurance company couldn't handle the claim. Even after the insurance company called her and asked her to separate those fees, she insisted not and made us not be able to be reimbursed from our insurance

Office and staff are amazing. Dr. Tran, I'm sure is a capable dentist. However, I wonder why she is working with children because they seem to make her very uncomfortable and she was quite akward with them.

Great job with the team. Great care for my child. My child is very difficult to work with and after going to 4 different dentists, I was referred to dentist and was very pleased. They could do what 4 other offices could not for my little boy.

Excellent dentist... my children love her! Very thorough...and they don't do anything without me knowing. Parents can go with their children. My four year old keeps asking me when do they go to their dentist.

I followed her from her previous office in Springfield from a long time ago and love it since. My children are grown now and I need to find them an adult office, they did not want to leave so our children are probably the oldest ones in her clinic. Superb dentist!

I was very disappointed with Dr. Tran, she does not have very kind bedside manner and had an uncomfortable feeling when we went.

Dr. Tran has a relaxing and easygoing demeanor which works wonders with children. My son had been to another dentist when he was younger and was terrified of dental offices. a few years going to Dr. Tran took care of his dental office anxiety.
