There is no other dentist I would trust more than Dr. Richards. He has been wonderful to my family and me personally. My sister was in extreme dental pain one day and he found the time to see her in his office after he was through with his regular patients and solved the issue...this happened about 25 years ago and she still talks about how wonderful a dentist he is. I have and will continue to recommend this dentist to everyone!!!

This dentist botched a filling then went on to correct the cavity he filled too deep and botched the root canal! His poor work was declined by 3 Endodontists to correct as the damage was significant. In the words of the Endodontist that had the skill to correct what Dr. Richards had done so poorly..."Total incompetence". I would also caution you to check your billing records/insurance records...we found overbilling issues. This man is irrogant, greedy and proven to be dangerous when treating others. You will be greeted with sales pitches for every kind of cosmetic procedure you can imagine, including a huge flat screen in the waiting room with personalized sales pitches running nonstop. If the empty waiting room and office don't convince you...Beware!
About Hygienist: The Hygienist was wonderful. She was clearly bullied and demeaned by this Dentist's abrassive and pompas personality. His front desk staff is trained to hound clients about appts. and additional cosmetic procedures!
