my son is in the works of phase one braces and it has been such a great experience going to this office. dr. Beaber explains what the treatment is and what to expect throughly through th process. the staff makes you feel welcome! I would recommend this place to anyone!
About Front Desk: Beth at the front desk is super friendly and nice. she explains the treatment that dr. Beaber is going to perform and how much it will be. Beth has amazing customer service and she is very knowledgeable.

Do not take your child to Dr B...
Do not take your child to Dr Beaber, he is horrible, he was very rude to my son and wife. He traumatized my son for his first day of school this year, then refused to apologize and hid in his office and would not come out. It was a major pain trying to get his records to transfer to another orthodontist. He also racked up all kinds of false charges so he could keep the remaining money that we had paid him. DR BEABER IS A HORRIBLE ORTHODONTIST, STAY AWAY!!!!

Overly aggressive approach , didn't lay out or explain treatment options, just insisted his drastic approach was the only option.
Upon getting second and 3rd opinions found out that both my time and money had been completely wasted.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff is poorly trained in customer service , often coming across curt, and put out.

I have such mixed feelings about Dr. Beaber. I think in the end his ortho work is good. But I hate his methods! At one early appointment, my 10 year old son had his expander removed. Dr. Beaber yanked it out and pulled out several baby teeth at the same time. He gave no warning, and the pain, surprise, and blood were traumatic to my son. At a later appointment, I told the receptionist to please not let Dr. Beaber pull more teeth without telling us. She said, of course. Well sure enough, without warning, Dr. Beaber pulls more teeth without our knowledge. Now I understand that my son probably medically needed those teeth removed, and I have no problem with that. What I have issue with is that Dr. Beaber kind of tricked us in to it. I had promised my son that it would not happen again, and didn't deliver in that promise. No major complaints in the last bit of treatment, except that we have been seen by the tech and then are kept waiting by Dr. Beaber, sometimes with the Dr. sitting there talking to his staff for like 5 mins. If I didn't worry that it was hard to change orthos due to insurance, I would have changed long ago.

What an amazing orthodontist! I interviewed about 11 different orthodontists in Highlands Ranch for my work and for my daughters braces. When I met him, I immediately knew I found someone very passionate about his work. HE WAS AN ENGINEER! Like me! You could simply tell he loves what he does.
He told me about the Damon system of braces, and the results are turning out great! My daughter had an expander. I found out that Dr. Beaber is one of the few orthdontists using a bonded expander. Engineering again. It was brilliant and made complete sense.
As an engineer, I would tell you to see Dr. Beaber and only go with the Damon braces. I had braces 20 years ago and Damon are revolutionary by comparison.
