This is the BEST dentistry in KCMO! As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed. The staff at Bailey Dental Care is professional, upbeat and attentive to detail (offering water, or coffee, making the environment fresh and inviting). Now let's move on to the dentistry itself. When I first began coming, I had not been to a dentist for over 10 years (fear of the drilling, scraping and cost). So they assessed my teeth and made a plan to schedule me every 4 months instead of 6. The plan has worked! Yay! The health of my teeth have improved! Today was the best cleaning ever! Less plaque and healthier gums! I appreciate that they took the time to give me a plan to solve my issues. I recommend my dental hygienist and my dentist Dr. Fred Bailey with my whole heart! They are fantastic. My crippling fear is gone. Their patience and care is admirable and I appreciate them so much! I did have to have two teeth extracted. One had a gold crown that had been placed over 30 yrs ago. No pain or discomfort for the first 36 hours. Next step getting the implant, the results are wonderful! You could never tell by looking which tooth it was. Thank you Dr. Fred Bailey and your wonderful staff.

About Front Desk: I was happy that they let me know my co-pays before my procedures were scheduled. . no surprises.

He seems to be one of the kinder dentists one might come across. Our daughter was at ease and treated well. His service is certainly appreciated.

About Front Desk: I must say that though our daughter had a very pleasant experience with those who did her procedure, there was a front desk staff person at this Antioch office who had a really negative aura when dealing with our blended family. I'm not the only person who perceived this. Another professional office, in connection with our daughter's services, experienced the same thing, stating that it was the most bazaar conversation she had ever experienced with another office AND this is without any knowledge of my personal experience with Antioch. The person at this Antioch site had an attitude which leads me to presume that she must have had unresolved deep personal problems with either blended families, a divorce, or something of that nature in her life. I felt blindsided. We couldn't put our finger on it other than her aura was clearly negative. She was impatient, curt, and didn't explain anything like one would expect of a professional. I'm not sure if she expected us to "know" something about their procedures or not as new patients, but she sure didn't care to explain. Unkind, unbecoming, and rude sums it up. My husband and I agree that our daughter definitely won't be back. This is NOT a place for blended families.

I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED in Dr. Bailey's work. The office is fine for run-of-the-mill work (cleanings, fillings), but for anything more, you're asking too much. I recently had a horrible experience with Dr. Fred Bailey. He talked me into getting a crown on a canine tooth because he said it was misshapen. He talked me into a very expensive crown. The crown he put in did not fit in with my other teeth nor did it have the same color. When I questioned these points, he dismissed my concerns quickly and cemented the crown in place. I have since gone to a more reputable dentist and had that crown replaced for another $700. The new dentist basically said that Dr. Bailey had butchered my teeth!

I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Bailey made me feel at ease. He is friendly and answers all your questions and explains everything. I get compliments on my smile.

I have enjoyed Dr. Bailey and his staff for years. The office works smoothly and everyone is very nice. He made me feel very comfortable and was a total professional. He knows his stuff
