Arrogant, insulting and downright rude staff. Should make the staff undergo customer service training. All that the staff cares about is money and their convenience. Patient is the least important person and should be used like cattle according to them. Staff is rude to elderly and disabled as well. Just someone teach them manners for I do not know how they live like this.
