A friend referred me to Dr. Worlton about 5 years ago after I went to a dentist who wanted to pull 5 of my teeth at the age of 22. By the time I went to Dr. Worlton, I was depressed because I already had some teeth removed but wanted a second opinion. Dr. Worlton performed a thorough check of my teeth and informed me that he would be able to save all of them! We set up a treatment plan and I am overjoyed at the work he performed. The root canals were painless and my crowns look great! Dr. Worlton definitely knows what he is doing. He is very comforting in his approach, his dental assistants are sweethearts and you have perfect views of a golf course from your chair. I have insurance so the cost was not much, but without insurance the prices are moderate to high. I have had no problems with billing and the ladies at the front desk handled all of my insurance claims efficiently. The only downside for me is that he schedules one Saturday appointment every 6 months, and for major procedures such as crowns, you have to put down a $50 deposit to confirm your appointment (some days I didn't have the $50). Other than that I have no complaints, Dr. Worlton is a true professional.

Dr whorlton attempted to replace a bridge in the front of my mouth. what shld have taken about 3 mons took over a yr! He left me with ill-fitted, & horrible looking teeth and then had the audacity to dismiss me after he was unsuccessful in replacing my bridgework. I wouldn't refer him to a dog!

Let me just start by saying that this man is not an orthodontist, though he offers braces in his advertisments. I found out the hard way after too much money spent and several unanswered questions. The asisstant, Jamie was helpful, but she was also going through orthodontic treatment so i think she was only able to answer my questions because we had many of the same concerns (NOTE: Jamie's braces were placed by a different doctor altogether, that should have been a clue to never let this man near my mouth). Dr. Worlton and the rest of his staff were courteous until I wanted a second opinion. The office refused to release my dental records to the orthodontist i'd chosen for the second opinion, and even after i'd settled the bill, they continued to illegally collect insurance payments for four months after i'd already started seeing a REAL orthodontist to fix Dr. Worlton's shoddy work. (it ened up in a battle with the insurance company for a refund) I had to have brackets replaced and realliigned, because they were placed incorrectly by Dr. Worlton. Not to mention the time and money spent.

The crown and root canals work were done very nicely however the filling for some reason kept giving problems. I had a pocket in my gum that kept filling food and although the work was done twice the problem is never resolved. I liked the service and the people, I felt very comfortable in the clinic.

Dr. Worlton had a nice office staff and a nice hygenist. The hygenist was very good at explaining procedures. Dr. Worlton did not talk very much. The front desk staff was nice and they were very efficient in getting me to my appointment on time.

Experience was okay, dentist nice but very business-like (no small talk at all). Hygienist liked to diagnose "problems" during her cleaning, but was wrong about everything. I felt like she was tattling on me to the dentist after the cleaning. That in and of itself was bothersome. The office is okay (front desk staff kind of flighty), but it's in a bad location (stripmall corner) and not as clean as I would have liked. Busy, though...Honestly, I'm not sure how I feel about the overall experience.
