I had fillings that keep falling out and apparently, I had an infection that was covered over with a filling by her. I just recently got a root canal for that same tooth at a different and better doctor because of that infection she left untreated. She once had an assistant work on me and she did not know what she was doing- a metal tip that is on the tool fell in my mouth and it almost went down my throat! The assistant also tried to smooth down a filling Dr. Ford did and didn't do a well job on it. So I went home and didn't realize till later that it had cut my mouth and I was spitting out blood. She expects me to pay a bill she sent to me in a mail for $200+ for the poor service I received! She needs to shut down her facility.

I know this doctor: 6 months

Filling fell out after 3 days. No response from doctor or receptionist.

Like her personally but the filling work she did keeps falling off. Hard to change appointments as no one picks up the phone and the voice mail is full.

My treatment by Dr. Ford and her office has been horrendous--as has it been for several others from my office. First, I was charged 50% for a regular filling, a service that should have been 100% covered by my dental insurance (Aetna). When I tried to give her office a copy of my coverage to straighten out the problem, the receptionist wouldn't even let me in the building! Then, thinking that the difficulty was with the receptionist (and that Dr. Ford was certainly a professional), I emailed Dr. Ford a friendly email to say that there had been a misunderstanding about my insurance and that the receptionist had not been willing to rectify it...In her reply, Dr. Ford accused me of having buyer's remorse, which doesn't make sense because I should not have had to pay for the filling in the first place, and then she threatened me, saying that she would contact the authorities if I emailed her again! (I got her email off of a local dentist search site, which listed it with her office address and phone number.) I have absolutely no idea about what to make of this; it is so far outside of anything I would consider professional.

She told me I had 4 cavities, when I asked that she take x-rays to confirm she told me to leave her office. I went to another dentist who took x-rays and determined that I had no cavities. She was going to drill into teeth that did not need drilling just to make some money!

I did not even get to see Dr. Ford after months and months of waiting (the only applicable comments are overall recommendation and customer service). I had two appointments canceled without notice and the front desk is extremely rude. I would not recommend.
