We've had three dentists in the past 1 moved out of state, one moved out of our insurance, 1 was a nightmare and now my family and I go Dr Steinberg. What a blessing that we found him.
I have had a filling replaced and a recent crown done, his office got me in took care of me like I was family. I never wait for my appointments, like my last place, I am always greeted by first name when I walk in the door, The Doctor is never preoccupied and gives me all the attention I need and answers all my questions. My family and I LOVE Dr Steinberg!!!

VERY PEACEFUL, VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING STAFF & DOCTOR. MY HATS OFF!!! I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY KIDS REALLY LIKE HIM & HIS STAFF.

Pain free dentistry at its best. Dr. Steinberg does the routine and the cosmetic and when I needed a root canal on a crown, referred me to a specialist who was also very competent. I recommend him to everyone I know. He has a friendly and knowledgeable staff and I always feel good when I leave. During a long appt., I watched a movie with these crazy goggles.
He's not under my insurance but I feel it's worth some additional out-of-pocket expense to have a dentist that I trust.

Dr. Steinberg was recommended by a long term (45 years) friend when we returned to San Diego to retire. We are permanent patients, plus my In-Laws and four or five of their families are now patients. Can't say better than that!

Highly recommended by a long-term patient! I have been seeing Dr. Steinberg for 26 years. Over time, I've relocated from La Mesa to Poway, but am still willing to drive past all my local dentists to come to him. I've tried a few other dentists, but have never been satisfied or as trusting as I have with Dr. Steinberg. I've had my share of dental work over the years, and find him to always be pleasant and professional. He's an expert at giving shots and making you comfortable. His office staff is the greatest as well. If you are in need of dental services, give his office a call. I can't imagine anyone not having a pleasant experience.

I have been going to Dr. Steinberg for many years and have referred numerous people to him as well. Everyone I have sent to him loves him and his staff too. He has been in practice for over 30 years and his expertise is only surpassed by his gentle touch and witty sense of humor. (I had once asked him to tell me before he pulled out my tooth and he replied "I already did it!!") Very rare in his field. Anyone who is scared of going to the Dentist has not been to see Dr. Steinberg but should! I was the worst scaredy cat of them all and now I actually look forward to going, believe it or not!
I absolutely love his assistant Arlene too! The two of them work very well together and the office has a pleasant environment. Besides all of that...the work he did on my teeth absolutely transformed my face! I cant stop smiling now!

The office staff is great - kind and helpful. Dr. Steinberg is knowledgeable, friendly, and proficient. I tell all of my family and friends to visit him.
