The Office Manager is rude, uncaring and uncooperative. All i wanted was a pre authorization on the charges to make sure what my cost was going to be. She refused and told me to go somewhere else. i was experiencing some discomfort and told they didn't want me as a patience. I requested to talk to the Doctor and was told no.
Do Not waste your time with this doctor. you will be treated awful.
About Front Desk: the front desk people were nice but not the Office Manager. she was rude. The treatment Coorind. was borderline rude. They told me to go somewhere else they didn't want to be bothered with me. I am not kidding.

Every time any member of my family visited this dentist, this group tried to up sell additional products or services. From the electronic tooth brushes to sealants for a child's molars. You could count on additional costs (because most of it was never covered by insurance) like the sun rising in the morning. They were especially savvy about pushing deep cleanings which seemed to come out of the blue--we go twice a year and didn't know how are teeth could deteriorate so quickly. We're done with this place. We had such a great dentist prior to moving and now need to search again.
About Hygienist: One hygienist absolutely terrorized my four year old. She had no bed side manner and suggested that she had mental problems that would explain her crying i fear. We left immediately and she has had no issues with her new dentist or hygientist.

I do not recommend this clinic. My family entrusted a very important service, their dental health, and received incredibly sub-par treatment. I personally had a crown installed by this dentist which he placed over my tooth without even cleaning the prepared tooth. Needless to say, the tooth developed an infection under the crown, which resulted in my losing the entire tooth. Although I phoned the office several times, and came in to have the tooth checked, I was told that "it would just take some time to adjust." The pain was incredible, and I eventually went to another dentist for a complete root canal. Additionally, he chose to take his staff to task while he was examining my tooth, which I found to be very unprofessional. Thumbs down on this one.
