The Office Manager is rude, uncaring and uncooperative. All i wanted was a pre authorization on the charges to make sure what my cost was going to be. She refused and told me to go somewhere else. i was experiencing some discomfort and told they didn't want me as a patience. I requested to talk to the Doctor and was told no. Do Not waste your time with this doctor. you will be treated awful.

About Front Desk: the front desk people were nice but not the Office Manager. she was rude. The treatment Coorind. was borderline rude. They told me to go somewhere else they didn't want to be bothered with me. I am not kidding.
