It's not that this guy is a bad dentist. He's actually very good. However, steer clear of this place unless you like paying your entire bill. Dr. Brannon's billing department does not bill your insurance (even if they accept it). I was actually told by his staff to pay the three thousand dollar bill in full then they would bill the insurance and reimburse me themselves, WHO DOES THAT? I had to pay seven months of interest on a bill because it took them that long to bill the insurance. Billing department is rude (patients don't have rights at this place apparently)

Duane and twin brother Wayne are terrific dentists. I have never had better dental care in my 50+ years. Great with kids and adults. Truly care about their patients. Office staff couldn't be nicer, more sympathetic or more accommodating. A+++++++
