Dr. Salamy and and his wife Dr. Snyder have done cosmetic replacement of my front teeth and bridges, along with providing general dental services for my family for years. My cosmetic work never matched the rest of my teeth, and I was charged to attempt to apply bonding to the natural teeth to match. The bonding fell off, they would not replace the crowns or crown the others to match (without full payment). I had a bridge that fell apart and they would not stand behind the work. They blamed my teeth grinding on the failure of the bridge. I have never ground my teeth. My family is leaving this practice because they do not stand behind their work.

He did crowns on my daughter and husband and no problems with those. The ladies that do the cleaning are friendly and do a great job. Many of the employees from where I work go to his office and I have heard of no complaints.

Dr. Salamy generally does a good job. He recommended that we change an old filling with a new one, but he did not take into consideration that replacing a large filling like this may cause other problems. The procedure went fine, but afterwards my tooth was sensitive to pressure and even to this day almost a year later the sensitivity comes and goes. I think dentists should consider their patients opinions. My previous dentist told me not to touch this cavity filling, he suspected it may cause more harm than good replacing it. I know I should have listened to my instinct and said no to the procedure. If you have a fairly good oral health I would recommend Dr. Salamy, but for more complex procedures and decisions I would say go somewhere else.

Dr. Salamy & his wife Dr. Snyder are both excellent dentists. They are gentile, reassuring and professional! My children don't even need to be numb to get a cavity filled.
