Worst front dest staff - refused to pick up the phone to sort out insurance error. Wasn't sure who would be responsible for the bill and left without seeing the dentist
About Front Desk: The most unprofessional staff ever!!! Refused to extend themselves to provide adequate customer service. Refused to help with insurance - saying that it wasn't part of their job.

Great dentist! He is very honest with what work I needed. I had gone to a different dentist cause I was out of the area and that dentist said I needed a lot of work done, when Dr. Riedler did his own exam we both realized that that other dentist in a different city was just padding the bill. He is professional, gentle and fair with the cost of my dental work.

I am an adult that is terrified to go to the dentist.
I saw Dr. Riedler for my first appointment. efficient, polite, I was completely comfortable which is super rare. The x-ray tech was super nice, the front desk people were very nice (albeit busy).
I saw Dr. Elnagger for a filling two days later. He made absolutely certain that I was totally comfortable throughout the procedure.
No idea why these guys have bad reviews other than that people probably don't think to review a dentist when the experience is good.
I just happened to see this prior to going when I was double checking the address and I'm glad I didn't take the bad reviews to heart. It was one of the top dental experiences that I've had. AND I AM TERRIFIED OF THE DENTIST.

$50.00 for the nitrous and my insurance covered the cleaning, the x-rays, novocaine, filling and exam.
About Front Desk: They are busy but they don't drop the ball and they take good care of you.

About Hygienist: haven't had a cleaning yet, but I can say that the sonic deep cleaning is $129 for full mouth if you are low income. that's like 1/5 of the price I paid a month ago at a different dentist. I did see the x-ray tech and she was super great, friendly and again, efficient. they are BUSY!

Dr. Riedler is a great dentist and is very knowledgable. His staff is great. I can count in his office to always do there best.

At first this dentist seemed small-town like, friendly, and available. However, as time went by I began to be seen by traveling dentists who temped at his practice. Finally, one of his dentists, who grew up and was trained in a third world country, listened to my compaints about bleeding (which, it turns out, the Dr. had overlooked for the first 5 years of treatment) and went completely overboard. Rather than an appropriate conservative approach to scaling and cleaning to get at the source of my infection where it was located he simply numbed me up and went at each and every darn tooth in my mouth with the ultrasonic cleaner. When he finished I lost tissue (I'm pretty sure much of the loss was due to his aggressiveness since many of the areas of loss were not areas where I'd had bleeding) and I had pits and groves all over the surface of my teeth like someone had etched vin numbers in glass. Stupid me - I went back to the gum butcher three months later for another round. Then I had an epiphany, found a great dentist/hygienist combo, found a periodontal surgeon to rebuild some of my lost gum tissue, and thank these new dental professionals every day I look at my teeth! It's really true - you get what you pay for!

Decent dentist. I have great insurance that pays for most general procedures, but for some reason I have to pay $5 for a sterilization fee. It seems like a small fee to pay, but I didn't have to pay that fee 3 years ago - I feel like I'm being nickeled & dimed.

After 20 years of being terrified of going to the dentist I couldn't put it off any longer due to an awful toothache. I'm so glad to have found such a wonderful dentist.
He and his staff have made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Riedler's demeanor is so pleasant and has a calming affect. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The office is very nice, very clean and comfortable.
Dr. Riedler offers many payment options which made it possible for me to get work done that I never imagined I could get done on my budget.

Until my move from San Diego in 2004, Dr. Riedler had been my dentist since I was young. In my opinion, he & his staff are very pleasant and professional. They cater to children very well and they are very informative. I would and have recommended him will continue to do so.

The staff is very accomodating.They will try to get you in right away.
They are very good for children, even have a kids' room !
They extracted 4 premolars for one of my daughters and everything went smooth.
