I started with Dr. N in 2010 at a period in my dental life called reconstruction. So far during the summer of 2016 I have had to have 2 of his procedures completely undone. He put in a bridge in 2015 in the upper right corner, supported by the second to last tooth. After it was finished I went back and complained of pain in the gum over the bridge. he said there was not problem. This year I went to a new dentist and complained of of the same pain, she referred me to an endodontist. They found the root of the anchor tooth cracked, had to remove the bridge and pull the tooth. 2nd problem, pain in a lower tooth on right side, anchor for a partial. After Dr. N replaced the crown in 2014 I had pain in the tooth. He said no problem. this summer I went to the new dentist, she found infection in the gum at the base of the old root canal. I had a new root canal and antibiotic treatment. I hope I don't have more problems with his work in the future.

About Front Desk: Front desk, Jamie, very efficient.

About Hygienist: Hygienist Jan, excellent.

I walked into the waiting room 5 min early and they were ready for me. I only had to complete a one page questionnaire which took all of 30 seconds and when I walked through the door they greeted me by name. I was totally shocked! The office has music, magazines and everyone treats you like your a friend of theirs that they've known for a while. I wish I would have been going here for the past 10 years. I did have a cavity that they said didn't need any work for a while - that they'd watch it, but I just told them to fix it. We rescheduled and the procedure went perfectly. Dr. Neuenswander was really easy to talk to and inviting. He told me what he was doing prior to doing anything and continually asked me how I felt and if there was any discomfort which there wasn't. I unequivocally recommend this Dentist. He and his staff are top notch. Costs were just less than what I would consider average and for the service I received I would have expected to pay a higher rate. I was actually excited that my bill was less than what I thought it would be, but who would be excited about that?

About Hygienist: I was impressed the whole way around, but I did want to mention one specific point that I usually really dislike. At the end of your appointment when the hygienist comes in to floss your teeth, usually it feels like they are using 220 grit rope and trying to make sure your brain is flossed by way of your teeth, as if pushing harder will help me remember to floss or something? Well, this was a completely different experience - the flossing was gentle and they took the time to do it right. I have had some hygienist who I swear are trying to set some "speed-flossing-world-record-time" and it feels exactly like sounds like. Anyhow, this is the Dentist to go to AAAA++++!!

Excellent, moderately-priced doctor in Allied Gardens area. Very knowledgeable about his craft. EX: Dr. describes what I should expect to see with my teeth in 6 months or 2 years down the line. Office staff are approachable, too.

I recently moved and thought I would get a dentist close to my house. Unfortunately, this dentist has caused me to have to get a root canal, and a crown because he put a composite filling in my molar. As an added note, I had no problem with the tooth before he touched it. it had an amalgam filling in place. Adding insult to injury, he also filled my bicuspid and now Iam having severe pain in this tooth, and we will most likely have to get a root canal and crown. The dentist is a noie person, and I hate to complain but I have had so much misery with this experience, I just want to save the next person from having a similiar situation.

He stands behind his work. When the crown he put in came loose a while later, he was willing to make it right, charging me only for the materials. He was kind and patient with my children. For me, the biggest issue is finding a dentist you trust... that means that the care you get is necessary, will be done right, and that you will not experience any more pain and suffering than absolutely necessary. He is strong on all of these points. I recommend him.
