This Dentist off was the best office I have ever been too. To sum it up in three reasons: Firstly, the office is super clean! Secondly, The staff and the doctor are very friendly and professional. The attention to detail ,from the dentist, was extraordinary and clarifying. Thirdly, surprisingly affordable. I didn't have dental insurance, and it was much lower than I was thinking I was going to pay! Overall, Mission Trails Dentistry is great. We even got a Christmas gift!

Have had fillings, crowns, cleanings, etc. Dr. Ross at Mission Trails dentistry has been my dentists for several years and I first met them when they were in a small office in a strip mall down the street. They've expanded considerably since then and I would say they've gotten too big - lost their touch with customers and everything seems now to be about generating revenue through pushing high cost procedures and eliminating customer services such as mailing appointment cards and billing statements. Office staff has always been horrible but, like the rest, has gotten worse. Sad thing is that Dr Ross, and Salazar, do really good work - I just don't think, based on my interactions with them, that they are focused on the patient as much as the procedure and all the high tech widgets. I'm always left wondering if the treatment they recommend is the best for me or the best for them ($$$) and I think I know the answer. As much as I hate the risk of trying other dentists, who admittedly could be much worse, that is what I'm going to have to do.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are generally very good but variable. They, especially the really good ones, don't seem to stick around long. Some are gentler than others and some give very different reports of gum/teeth health.
