I've had quite a few dentists in my time, and most of them use their office as a means to sell and upsell cleanings into braces, whitening and other services. I don't want this. No one wants this. Luckily, after coming to Irresistable Smiles, I got the cleaning I wanted and no sales pitch. The hygienists are the finest crew I've had clean my teeth, and Dr. Safarian is friendly and easy to discuss dental requirements with. I returned to the office twice in two weeks to get deep cleanings done, and despite my irrational fear of needles, was able to get through the process without weeping like a baby (it ended up being really easy thanks to the aforementioned fantastic hygienists). Obviously going to the dentist is never really a pleasure, but going to Dr. Safarian office could best be described as not that bad (which is at the very top of enthusiasm that is humanly possible for going to the dentists office).
About Front Desk: Jennifer is wonderful. She listens to your concerns and truly has your best interest at heart. I asked for a phone call reminder for my last appointment because I sometimes don't check my email and I really appreciated her remembering and calling.
About Hygienist: The hygienist realized I was somewhat fearful and made me feel very comfortable.

I will regret stepping foot into Dr. Safarian's office for the rest of my life. It is a mistake that has cost me tens of thousands of dollars and will jeopardize my retirement and the security of my future. I came in with TMJ pain and he "opened my bite" by cutting all of my teeth off and giving me very long molars. I had to have 3 root canals to boot.
I have to have everything redone after already cashing out my entire life's savings to do the work in the first place. I have seen numerous dentists after finally realizing what a massive fraud he is and all of them have been appalled at what a mess he made of my teeth.
The first quote I got to fix his horrendous mess was almost $100,000. Of course all of this is out of my pocket. Don't fall for his act. His bedside manner is his tactic to get you to trust him with your life's savings.
About Hygienist: Even the cleanings were terrible.

zoom whitening, cleaning ---not a good thorough one he was rushed, cosmetic veneers that are not only bad looking but bad fitting and have major defects with them.
he overcharges he also caused me and others root canals from his over drilling.
I would not recommend him to anyone, I had a few friends go to him before all my bad work was finished + done and all their work fell off too the crowns had to be redone a few times. He gave some patients their money back. I am now the dentist LOL no pun intended trying to pull his teeth to get my money back for the bad work that I had done by him now I have to go to another better dentist to redo all the work he did and pay them for his mistakes!

I would recommend this place to anyone who has a fear of the dentist! I finally found a dental office where everyone has made me feel comfortable about my anxiety in seeing the dentist. Everyone there has been wonderful and understanding. The relaxing atmosphere and sincere compassion of the team here is a wonderful change compared to the feeling of indifference I have sensed in the past at other practices.
I may seem like a baby, but I have such fear after so many bad experiences with other dentists. Which is why I avoided the dentist for so long.
The doctor and staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I never thought I would be able to go to the dentist without being overwhelmed with anxiety. They truly made me comfortable! I have gone in for both Zoom Whitening and for a teeth cleaning...and for once I am not terrified for my next visit!

His primary concern seems to be getting the most money out of his patients. He recommended the most drastic treatment protocol possible for my TMJ symptoms. Every dentist I have seen since him have been appalled at the unnecessary and even destructive work that he did. I prepaid him and it was (no pun intended) like pulling teeth to get part of my money back for the work he did not even do.
About Hygienist: Terrible, haphazard cleanings. Teeth felt like nothing happened afterwards.
