Excellent doctor. He takes real pride in his work. He and his staff are friendly and competent. I even got immediate help with (an unscheduled) dental emergency. Our insurance is gladly accepted.
Our whole family uses him.
I have had to endure some poor dentists in the past, and Dr. Tasto is a real breath of fresh air. I hope he and his business stay in San Diego for a long time.

I love this dentist, I may be a bit biased because I love to get my teeth cleaned but they are really really nice everytime I go.

Excellent Care:
I had a lab manufactured composite inlay placed by Dr. Tasto. On the trial fitting, Dr. Tasto was not a 100% satisfied with the fit. I myself did not notice a problem with it and asked Dr. Tasto to just cement it in because I was in a hurry. Well, Dr. Tasto refused and had another restoration made that fit perfectly. That's what Dr. Tasto seeks with his excellent care - perfection!

Dr. Tasto and his staff are very knowledgable. Because of insurance changes, I have had many experiences with other Dentists before and after seeing Dr. Tasto - My two children and I have had the best results with Dr. Tasto. It may cost a little more-But in the long run its worht it! I have had other dentists compliment his work! The only other Dentist I know of that has come close to Dr. Tasto was in practice for over 25 years and retired 8 years ago!

My wife and I are a long term patients of Dr. Tasto and Staff. I have always been treated with the utmost respect courtesy. Dr. Tasto is very professional and fully explains the dental procedure he is performing. The real strength of his practice is his staff. My experience over the years has been very enjoyable with all of them. Tell Glydis you heard it from me.

Office staff are very rude and insensitive. They demand cash up-front and balk at billing insurance companies. Dr. Tasto though, is a very good dentist.
