Dr. J did a root canal on my 12 year old son this morning. It was a long procedure and he was very precise and wanted it all done just right which I appreciated. He was very kind and explained everything to my son who was completely at ease with the doctor. Staff was all very professional and terrific. They accommodated our financial needs as well. Very happy to have gone to see Dr. J.

HORRIBLE experience!!! dropped drill during my procedure, left in the middle of my procedure to talk to another patient for 30 minutes didn't bother to check to make sure I was still numb. Made stupid jokes on top of it all! horrible dr- go to Dr. Sugita- way better all around!!!!

Dr. Jacobson is very gentle and explains everything. He has a good sense of humor which helps to relax his patients. His assistant is very knowlegeable and helpful. I wish he could do all of my dental work.

Dr. Harold "Jay" Jacobsen is a great endodontist and has some fantastic staff support. He completed a difficult root canal on my #2 molar (one of the 4 roots had 4mm of calcification) while causing no pain and only minor discomfort from the lidocaine shots. He's a very personable fellow and clearly dedicated to performing quality work for its own sake (in addition to the fees, I assume). Very positive experience.
