I like dr. chan very much he is excellent but I noticed lately there's a long wait for the service even though I have an appointment I notice they over book their patients and wont even let you rinse your mouth and one of the staff is rude she's the one who is in the current office voice mail she's a meany! I think her name is Rose I wish they dont make patients wait so long oh yeah one of the hygienist is very rough she's but the other one I think lori is really good wish they provide better service by not making patients wait so long before and between procedures and customer service should always be pleasant but Dr. Chan is really a great dentist though I would recommend him but I'm thinking to move due to the long wait whenever I come in like I said before and in between the procedure

Dr. Chan and his staff are very friendly and personable. I started taking my kids to Dr. Chan's office after an awful experience with a pediatric dentist office - my kids are completely at ease with Dr. Chan and his staff and don't mind going to the dentist now. Their billing and handling of insurance has been fine. Dr. Chan now uses a water-laser to treat cavities so there's less drilling and shots.

After a negative experience with a local pediatric dentist, a friend referred me to Dr. Chan. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Chan for several years now and we are very pleased with his services. He is personable and friendly as is most of his staff. My children don't mind visits to the dentist now. My only complaint is that occasionally he is running behind on appointments and you are left in the waiting room beyond your appointment time.
