I like dr. chan very much he is excellent but I noticed lately there's a long wait for the service even though I have an appointment I notice they over book their patients and wont even let you rinse your mouth and one of the staff is rude she's the one who is in the current office voice mail she's a meany! I think her name is Rose I wish they dont make patients wait so long oh yeah one of the hygienist is very rough she's but the other one I think lori is really good wish they provide better service by not making patients wait so long before and between procedures and customer service should always be pleasant but Dr. Chan is really a great dentist though I would recommend him but I'm thinking to move due to the long wait whenever I come in like I said before and in between the procedure
