Very friendly. Very chill. I trust him completely which is a definite must for somebody using a high-speed drill inside my mouth!

Dr. Im is fantastic. He is thoughtful, conscientious and knows what he's doing. As someone who as a low threshold for pain, Dr Im made sure I was fully comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. He even called my house later that afternoon to make sure I was doing ok. My only criticism is that he is not a Lakers fan. Besides that, he's great! I have been coming to Fairlington Dental for over 13 years and love the atmosphere, energy and commitment to make patients comfortable about going to the dentist.

Dr. Im replaced several old filings with porcelain crowns. I was dreading the experience, but Dr. Im made it painless and easy. He's very talented and has a great bedside manner. I recommend him without reservation. Fairlington Dental is a top-notch practice.

About Front Desk: The staff at Fairlington is terrific. They make you feel welcome. It's like checking into the Ritz, except they remember you!

About Hygienist: Megan is terrific. She's very good and very nice. My wife and I are both big fans, and we enjoy our visits.

I have been going to Fairlington dental since Dr. Brown opened it. I met Dr. Im after he joined the practice and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and chairside manner. I've had tetracycline staining of my teeth since I lost my baby teeth many years ago. I've always hated my teeth and never really liked to smile. Dr. Im did cosmetic crowns and veneers on my top 10 teeth and bleaching of my lower teeth. The results are AMAZING!!! He had to do a lot of work and I never had any pain-he does a great anesthetic block. I highly recommend him for any dental work-he is highly skilled, compassionate, and really cares about his patients. I absolutely love my new smile and have received many compliments. I am completely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Im and Fairlington dental!!!!

About Hygienist: Megan has been my hygienist for at least 15 years. I look forward to seeing her every 6 months. I feel like she's a friend and we spend the first 10 mins of every appt catching up:) She does a great job and never hurts me!!

Dr. Jim Im worked on my dental implants. He did a wonderful job, especially because I felt no pain. He walked me through the whole procedure so I knew exactly what he was doing and what to expect. He is very professional and also sets a warm and friendly environment that allows you to feel relaxed and comfortable. He is the only dentist that has ever called me after an appointment to check up on my healing process. That shows dedication and true concern for his patients. I've never had such a delightful experience going to the dentist until my visit with Dr. Im and his staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Im to those looking for a highly qualified dentist.

I have been going to this office for many, many years. Dr. Im joined the practice last year. I was very pleased to meet and anxious to see how he practices. He checked my teeth during my most recent examination and find a small cavity. I was able to make an appt with him for the next morning. The procedure was fine, absolutely no pain or discomfort and it was over in a matter of minutes. He is very good as a dentist and is a real polite gentleman.

About Hygienist: The hygienist, Megan, has been cleaning my teeth for at least 20 years. She is very professional and has a great personality. My mouth always feels great after a cleaning. She also talks to me about what she is doing and seeing.

Dr. Im is professional, courteous, and not quick to fill/crown teeth prematurely. However, where fillings/crowns are necessary, he is very proficient at providing a superior filling/crown, and succeeded in conducting a very difficult root canal that might have been daunting to another dentist.

About Hygienist: Can't recall name, but she was very professional, thorough, and did her work without causing any pain - key in a dental hygenist!

Dr. Im provides routine cleanings, and Invisalign. The Fairlington Dental Office is clean, with a recent remodel. I love that the office is almost 100% digital. Each room is equipped with TV/Monitors, which allows for them to show invisalign progress, marketing materials, and if requested, you can watch CNN while getting a cleaning. I've been going to Dr. Im for 2 years, but have been going to Fairlington for 7 or 8 years. The front desk is simply great! Everyone remembers your name, and personal tidbits about you - makes you always feel good! The office has a calming, spa like touch with optional paraffin treatments at the end of your visit (unbelievable!). I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office!

About Hygienist: Dr. Im is extremely professional, caring, and wonderful at providing care to our entire family! I live 45-60 minutes away from this Dental Office and it's well worth the drive. I am very pleased with the continued education that Dr. Im provides to our family concerning Dental Hygiene. What I like the most is that I feel 100% confident to express any concerns and that he provides honest unbiased advise about various Dental care options. He’s the Best!

A poem: I love Fairlington Dental, in this I'm not alone, my mouth is so happy to have such a great place to call home. I've been coming for 4 years on the recommendation of a friend. She said: "These people are amazing, and their office is just around the bend!" When I had to get a nightguard and needed impressions made, Martha Del Rosario was there, with patience in spades. I have a small mouth and all 4 wisdom teeth in place, so the situation was a challenge, but not one Martha wouldn't face! We bonded that day, as it was a bit of a trial, and I enjoy that every time I see her now, we share a secret smile. I like the early appointments so I don't get to work late. With this and so many other things they are happy to accommodate. There are so many great people that I don't want to not mention, like Dawn Patrick and the patient coordinators who can answer any question. Water and tasty coffee are offered right from the start, and I love the warm cookies that are available when I depart. Dr. Rogers and Dr. Im are so passionate about what they do. What a comfort to know that our area has such talented dentists to turn to!

About Hygienist: I was told to request a hygienist, Sally DiCesare is her name. I was hooked on her great spirit and charm from the first time I came. For many a trip to the dentist is not something for which they feel excited, but seeing Sally every 6 months honestly makes me delighted! She takes a genuine interest in the current events of my life, all the while making sure my teeth stay pearly white.

My roommate recommended Fairlington Dental after I had mixed reviews on my last dentist. I was very pleased with the service and the tools that they utilize at Fairlington Dental. Everyone is very kind and you feel at home. Great cleaning and two cavities replaced. Couldn't ask for anything more!
