Dr. Carroll is nice but too overwhelmed as her business grew and wasn't able to provide her Front Desk Staff with her same professionalism!

Although I am not negating the possible qualifications of the Dentists in this office I am however warning people about the level of Customer Service that you will receive from the staff in this office. My husband went to this dentist as they are close to our home and we thought that this would be beneficial to us. He will never go back to them and will not recommend them to anyone. We have been dealing with them for a year now and they are so disorganized that it is unreal. You will receive from them an "estimate" of charges, IF YOU ASK FOR IT, but that is not what you will be paying. They will under quote you continually, and if you are like us and live on a tight budget this is extremely difficult. When I receive an estimate from my dentist that is exactly what I pay PERIOD. The staff in this office does not have any idea of what Customer Service actually means! I went in to pay off the total amount that was owed to them and the girl at the desk accepted my check and then said "Let me make the adjustment I told your husband we would if it was paid in full" then proceeds to hand me a "walk out receipt" which I mistakenly thought would show a ZERO but instead had a balance of $0.81. And then she LAUGHED at the balance!
