Docor George is the best dentist i have ever been too. He works things out for his patients, all his patients are his friends, doctor George makar is very friendly. You will experience a very friendly dental care.

Dr. Makar has a pleasant personality, office has newer equipment. Teeth cleaning was messy though, the cleaning solution/water was sprayed all over my face and dripped down the back of my neck. I never had a cleaning like that before. I found I had a few cavities and was surprised that my only option was to spend over $800 to repair them (and I am on the HMO plan thinking that most of this was covered!).

My main complaint has to do with the office staff. First off, overbooking. My first time there involved a one hour wait in the waiting room and another one hour in the dentist chair. Not good considering before that visit, I was told the dentist was running late and there'd be a minimum one hour wait (a phone call would have been nice). I elected to re-schedule. After I had my consultation with the dentist, office staff kept asking me what did the dentist tell me and what am I making an appointment for? (They don't check the notes??). They seemed really clueless.
My next visit was no better. Yet another one hour wait. Usually at other dental offices, you're told the costs of the procedures before you sit down with the dentist again. They had forgotten to tell me anything about costs at my last visit (the one involving a two hour wait) and I was told I was about to have a deep cleaning which I did not recall any mention of at my previous visit. And I already had a deep cleaning with my previous dentist a year ago. So it was a bit suspect I needed to have yet another deep cleaning.

I was recommended to see Dr makar by my best friend, who told me that Dr makar is very pleasant, always smiling, and is concerned with treating patients and there needs and not his own. He is carrying, gentle and has a clean, new and modern office. When I first entered his office I did not feel threatened, there was a fireplace, bunch of teddy bears and lots of flowers and roses. His receptionist was pleasant and friendly. When I got to meet DrMakar, he was charming and friendly. Using a intra oral camera he showed me all my teeth and my two cavities :(. He took his time to numb me (which I did not Even feel) and I was quickly on my way out. My god bless him!

Very witty...very funny...very smart, very professional....very very extraordinary!
Overall Dr. Makar has been the best dentist I've ever had. His office is pleasant and nicely decorated. He does his work with ease and care making me feel at ease and happy. I recomend this Dr. Makar to anyone. I felt NO PAIN his hands are a delight!

Dr. George Makar is a great dentist! You don't feel pain at all. He uses the best procedures in his clinic. You see very good results in a short time. You get excellent services with affordable costs. Finally, he has a great sense of humor. I totally recommend him.
